Native American Heritage Month

Resource Hub

Welcome to the Urban Native Collective’s Native American Heritage Month Resource Hub. This page offers you a way to engage with Indigenous stories, amplify Native voices, and foster a deeper understanding of Native cultures in Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Indiana.

Whether you’re looking to download our social media toolkit, explore regional Native history, or learn how to get involved, these resources will help you meaningfully honor Native American Heritage Month. Let’s move beyond awareness into action—because we are still here.

How to Get Involved and Take Action

Non-Indigenous allies play a critical role in building meaningful relationships with Native communities. Here are ways to take action:

  • Donate: Take Action to support Indigenous-led organizations and initiatives.

  • Engage Locally: Visit historical sites and museums, attend events, and learn from Native speakers.

  • Amplify: Share Native stories and use our toolkit to post on your channels throughout November.

Host a Native Speaker at Your Event

Looking to invite a Native speaker to your school, organization, or event? Fill out the Contact Form to get connected with Indigenous leaders who can bring meaningful discussions to your community.

Please be advised that the Urban Native Collective recommends Native and Indigenous Peoples from our network of friends and connections, or our staff, board, and volunteers who often share their personal experiences and expertise. Their opinions and perspectives are their own- and do not speak on behalf of every Indigenous Person.

We appreciate a respectful inquirer.
